Principle I: Truthful and Accurate Communications.
Santa Fe Realty's Vacation Rentals will not engage in deceptive or misleading practices with regard to any aspect of commerce, including advertising, marketing, and the use of technology.
Principle II: Disclosure.
Santa Fe Realty's Vacation Rentals will disclose to their customers and prospective customers useful and complete information about the properties and individuals involved in the rental transaction.
Principle III: Information Practices and Security.
Santa Fe Realty's Vacation Rentals will not intentionally sell, trade, rent, disclose or make available personally identifiable information about our customers to any third party, without first receiving permission, except when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of Mountain Country Condos. We will post and adhere to a privacy policy based on fair information principles, take appropriate measures to provide adequate security, and respect customers' preferences regarding their personal information.
Principle IV: Fiduciary Responsibility.
Santa Fe Realty's Vacation Rentals when involved with handling the monies of others, both deposits and payments, will be continuously aware of their privileged fiduciary responsibility to the guests and owners and in the trust given to us.
